1. About Mohavels

Our services may be provided directly by Mohavels or in cooperation with trusted local partners, including drivers, guides, hotels, accommodation providers, restaurants, transportation companies, and activity providers.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Mohavels website or booking any service with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or book our services.

3. Website Use

You agree to use the Mohavels website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, interrupt, misuse, or interfere with the website or its services.

4. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request, contact form, WhatsApp message, email, or quote request does not automatically confirm your booking. A booking is confirmed only when Mohavels confirms availability, itinerary details, price, payment terms, and any required deposit or full payment.
Please do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until your Mohavels booking has been confirmed.

5. Prices and Availability

Tour prices and service availability may vary depending on travel dates, destination, group size, itinerary, accommodation level, transport type, seasonal demand, special requests, and supplier availability. Mohavels reserves the right to update prices, correct errors, change availability, or adjust package details before a booking is confirmed.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be provided before your booking is confirmed. Depending on the service, Mohavels may require a deposit, partial payment, or full payment in advance. If payment is not completed by the required deadline, Mohavels may cancel the booking or release reserved services.

7. Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, Mohavels will provide relevant details such as the tour date, itinerary, pickup location, meeting point, included services, excluded services, payment status, and important travel information. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation carefully and contacting us immediately if any information is incorrect.

8. Changes by the Customer

If you need to change your booking, please contact Mohavels as soon as possible. Changes may include travel dates, pickup location, group size, itinerary, accommodation, or special requests. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs depending on suppliers, transport, accommodation, activities, or timing.

9. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the tour, travel date, accommodation, transport, activities, and third-party provider policies. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We will explain the applicable cancellation conditions and any possible refund options.
Some services may be non-refundable after confirmation, especially when third-party reservations have already been made.

10. Cancellations or Changes by Mohavels

Mohavels may need to adjust, reschedule, or cancel a service due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, local events, government restrictions, supplier issues, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control. When possible, we will offer a suitable alternative, revised itinerary, new date, or other reasonable solution.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy, timing of cancellation, payment method, supplier rules, and costs already incurred by Mohavels or our partners. Refunds, where approved, may take time to process depending on banks, payment processors, currency conversion, and administrative procedures.

12. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel permits, vaccination documents, or any other documents required to enter Morocco or participate in travel services. Mohavels is not responsible for denied entry, missed services, or additional costs caused by missing, expired, or incorrect travel documents.

13. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for acting respectfully, safely, and lawfully during all Mohavels tours and services.

14. Health, Fitness, and Accessibility

Some tours may involve walking, stairs, uneven surfaces, desert travel, mountain roads, long driving distances, heat, cold nights, or outdoor activities. Travelers are responsible for choosing services suitable for their health, age, fitness, mobility, and comfort level. Please inform Mohavels before booking if you have medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy-related concerns, mobility limitations, or accessibility needs.

15. Safety and Conduct

Mohavels may refuse, suspend, or end participation in a tour or service if a traveler behaves in a way that creates risk, disrupts the experience, damages property, violates local laws, or affects the safety and comfort of other travelers, guides, drivers, partners, or communities. In such cases, refunds may not be available, and the traveler may be responsible for any additional costs caused by their conduct.

16. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers arrange suitable travel insurance before their trip. Insurance may cover medical needs, cancellations, delays, lost luggage, accidents, personal liability, and unexpected travel problems. Mohavels is not responsible for costs or losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

17. Accommodation, Guides, Drivers, and Partners

Some travel services may be provided by trusted third-party partners, including hotels, riads, camps, drivers, guides, restaurants, and local activity providers. Mohavels carefully works with partners where possible, but we are not responsible for every action, delay, omission, rule, or condition controlled by independent third-party providers.

18. Itinerary Changes and Local Conditions

Travel in Morocco may be affected by weather, road conditions, traffic, local holidays, cultural events, government restrictions, supplier availability, or unexpected circumstances. Mohavels may adjust routes, timings, activities, or itinerary details when necessary for safety, comfort, logistics, or service quality.

19. Delays and Missed Services

Travelers are responsible for arriving on time at agreed pickup locations, meeting points, airports, stations, or activity locations. Mohavels is not responsible for missed services or additional costs caused by late arrival, incorrect information, flight delays, traffic delays not caused by us, or failure to follow provided instructions.

20. Personal Belongings

Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, including passports, money, cards, phones, cameras, bags, luggage, jewelry, and travel documents. Mohavels is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten personal items unless caused directly by proven negligence from our team.

21. Photos, Reviews, and Feedback

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or feedback to Mohavels, you allow us to use them for customer service, website content, social media, marketing, or service improvement, unless you clearly request otherwise. We will not intentionally publish sensitive personal details without your permission.

22. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Mohavels website, including text, images, logos, graphics, design, layout, icons, and branding, belongs to Mohavels or its content partners unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
